If there is ever a problem contact us with in 2-3 days of your order arriving at its new location that was given at checkout. All items are tracked by CarmPeyton to insure arrival! Please review our most asked questions below to review more on our store policy.

 

Most asking Questions 

 What if my product comes broken?

If your product comes broken send us an email as soon as you get your package. We do track our packages to ensure we know when our packages have arrived at their new homes. We may ask for more than one picture to ensure we have all the information we need. After that we personally will have another one shipped to you or refunded! 

What if I got sent the wrong thing?

CarmPeyton will check your order information as soon as you contact us and have you sent the right product on us if there was a mix up!

What if I no longer want my commission?

You have up to 48 Hours after ordering your commission to cancel your order after the 48 hours your commission has been started. Refunds and cancellations are not longer accepted.

What if I want to return my product?

Commissions are none refundable after 48 hours of ordering. All other products are final sale only unless CarmPeyton is contacted with in the 2-3 days with information on damages or mix ups.

Can you recreate something?

No CarmPeyton will not take any orders asking to recreate another artist art work.
